Till Jasmine EPOS
Point of sale with a visual till-layout designer.
Run TillJasmine.exe on the till PC. Windows may warn that the publisher is unknown — choose More info, then Run anyway. After it is installed the till updates itself: it downloads the new version, installs it, and reopens on its own.

Overview
Till Jasmine is the point-of-sale module for bars, restaurants, and venue service. Managers arrange the till by dragging products onto a live preview of the real screen. Staff take payment, attach a Jasmine Loyalty card, hold bought-in items, and keep selling if the connection drops — queued sales upload when the till is back online.

Product catalogue
Products with gross prices, VAT rates, and colour-coded categories that set default till button colours.
Visual till designer
A fixed-grid, drag-and-drop editor rendered as the real till screen, with multiple pages, button sizes, colour overrides, and a running count of products that are not yet on the till.
Touch till
Fullscreen tap-to-sell screen with page switching and a live order panel and total, designed for a dedicated terminal or tablet.
Jasmine Loyalty at the till
Look up a member, award points on the sale, and redeem rewards. Managers and admins can see how the venue’s points scheme is set.
Bought in
Mark a paid item as held for a guest or loyalty member. After payment, staff confirm what has been given out. A mistaken bought-in mark can be removed; the sale itself stays.
Offline selling
If the till loses its connection, completed sales stay on that device and upload when it is online again.

- Product, price, and till configuration data
- Completed sale records: line items, discounts, cash and card tenders, receipts, and the staff member who rang the sale
- Loyalty member attached to a sale, points awarded, and points redeemed
- Bought-in items: product, who paid, who it is held for, and whether it was given out, collected, or removed
- A local queue of sales on the till device while it is offline
Important note
Till sales are recorded when payment is completed. Receipts store the prices and notes as they were at the time of sale. A sale taken offline is stored on that till until it can be uploaded.
